Instructions
OSHS can be used as one complete process or as five separate stage apps. The complete process gives each later decision the strongest foundation. A single stage is useful when you already know where your attention belongs.
Run the full process
Begin with Stage 1 and continue through all five stages. Each instruction produces one conclusion. Those conclusions accumulate in My Work and become the structure used by later stages.
Or enter one stage
Each stage can be opened as its own app. OSHS begins with the first unfinished instruction in that stage and returns you to the main menu when the stage is complete.
Choose where to do the work
Write inside OSHS or work on paper, in voice notes or somewhere else. When you work elsewhere, only the conclusion you deliberately carry forward is entered into OSHS.
My Work holds what you keep
My Work is not a profile created about you. It contains the answers you chose to retain. You can open any saved answer and return to the instruction that produced it.
Your work stays with you
The app saves on this device only. Privacy and backup controls are in Settings at the bottom of the app.

Settings
Your complete process stays on this device. OSHS does not send your writing, My Work or progress to an account or server.
What is saved
Your current place, completed instructions, writing entered inside the app and the answers in My Work. Work completed elsewhere is not collected.
Keep your own copy
Download a readable copy of My Work and the process data needed to keep, restore or move your work later.
Install OSHS
On desktop, use Install OSHS when it is available. On iPhone or iPad, open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen.
Delete this device copy
This permanently removes the new process, drafts and My Work from this browser. It does not affect the existing OSHS app, Board, protocols or MT9 work.
